News Outcome of AGM
Choksh Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on November 17, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following: 1. The Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and Profit & Loss Account for the financial year ended on that date together, with the report of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereof. 2. Appointment of Mr. Darshan Majumdar as director who retires by rotation and expressed his willingness for re-appointment. 3. Appointment of auditors to hold the office from conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration. 4. Appointment of Mr. A Srinivasa Reddy & Mrs. D Malathy as Directors of the Company. 5. Appointment of Mr. A Srinivasa Ready as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. 6. Change in the Name of the Company from "CHOKSH INFOTECH LTD" to "AJEL INFOTECH LTD". |
